Via E-mail, Snail mail, Phone or Fax. Thank you for viewing our website.
We hope there may be something of interest to you here.
Via E-mail or Phone- We need your Credit Card info (include the exp
date), what you would like to order, and a complete shipping address and your
Phone Number (important).
Via Snail Mail- Please write out what you would like, as well as all
payment info, and your shipping address. Include payment- either Check, MO,
Cashiers Check, or Credit Card info. DO NOT SEND CASH!! Personal checks must
clear the bank before the merchandise will be shipped. ALL COD'S are CASH
ONLY. We Accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN
EXPRESS, and DISCOVER{{You can print the order blank in our ordering
section, fill it out, and send the completed form via mail or fax}}
POSTAGE & HANDLING must be included
with each order. Minimum Shipping is $ 7.00 on all orders. All tents, guns, etc
are a minimum $8.00. The heavier the items, please allow more $$ for postage.
We will not ship without postage! We use
UPS unless otherwise specified.
Foreign Customers please remit payment in US funds drawn on a US Bank.
Credit Cards are acceptable.

Fall Creek Suttlery has been in business since 1978 serving the Civil
War Reenactment, Living History, and Historical Museum communities, as well as
many TV and Theatrical Productions. We have always tried to be "on
top" of any new items, historical discoveries, etc that may help us
improve our products or our whole line of goods. Satisfaction is always
guaranteed on any item we sell. If not totally satisfied, return the item for a
full refund, less postage. Our liability is limited to the original purchase
price less any wear. 10 day return privilege. NO
REFUNDS are available on custom orders { uniforms, special shoes,
etc} On these items we will either repair or replace at our option. Policies
for uniforms both in stock and custom made are as above.

SHOE GUARANTEE: We warrant our shoes against defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year. If there is a problem, we will repair or replace the shoe at our option. Excessive wear or abuse voids this warrantee. DO NOT STICK YOUR SHOES NEXT TO THE FIRE WHEN YOUR FEET ARE COLD! The leather will scorch, then crack and fall apart.. Oh Yeah-ALL PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE!!! If there ever occurs a problem with us or our merchandise, by all means- TELL US! Remember, We appreciate your business!
